Minimum spend for bespoke weddings is £1,500.
First thing’s first reach out to us to get your free consultation to discuss your ideas and vision in detail, we love chatting about everything you’ve got planned! You’ll then receive our proposal for bringing you your perfect florals.
We’ll have regular touchpoints to check in in the run up, and you’ll have access to your bespoke digital mock-up to see the vision come to life!
You can expect good vibes and an expert team on the day to bring good vibes and your dream florals.
We travel nationally and internationally.

Looking for a simple, fuss free solution for smaller weddings? Our Ready to Wed options take the stress out of ordering your flowers, ideal for DIY couples and elopements with no minimum spend. Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out enquiry form with your date and details
2. Just a bouquet and buttonhole? Maybe table arrangements for an intimate dinner? We’ll build you the best package.
3.Choose your colour palette : either choose your own, or we can create something bespoke for you! Once you’re happy you’re ready to get booked in!

Our minimum spend for bespoke weddings in 2026 is £1500. Our Ready to Wed packages for smaller weddings and elopements do not have a minimum spend.

Our Ready to Wed packages are designed for smaller, no fuss weddings. We offer personal items such as bouquets and buttonholes, as well as bud vases and sculptures perfect for low key celebrations with some Harlequin flair!
Our Bespoke Wedding packages are custom to you, curated to bring your floral vision to life. No two packages look alike, we work with you to make sure your florals are perfect for you! Bespoke packages include our custom design process, as well as onsite support.

Firstly send in an enquiry through our website to get a video consultation booked in. On the consultation we will chat all things wedding, coming up with all the ideas to make your wedding flowers perfect for you. You’ll receive a proposal from us bringing your consultation to life as well as your quote.
Once you’ve reviewed your proposal simply email us to get your date secured, and we’ll send you access to your own online one stop floral portal. We require a 20% deposit of the quote amount and a signed contract to secure the date.
Once this is done you’re all booked in and officially a Harlequin couple!

Yes, of course! Wedding planning is full on, and we totally get that you might need to add a table, change the amount of personal flowers or face a curveball during the process. We can make amendments to your florals up to 6 weeks before the big day, after that we can add but we unfortunately can’t subtract.

Our Ready to Wed flowers are designed for smaller, no fuss weddings. Simply complete our enquiry form, let us know what items you need from our Ready to Wed menu and we’ll get you booked in. Custom colour palettes and delivery to one drop off point are available at an additional cost, no setup or on the day support is included for our Ready to Wed packages.

Honestly? There’s no straight answer to this.
It really depends on your design choices, flower choices, your requirements and all in all the vibe you’re going for. Flowers can completely transform the energy of your big day, taking your big day from nice to OMG like nothing else and we’re here to make that happen! There’s no ‘flowers cost X amount’ number, but we’ll always suggest how to get the most from your flowers in our proposals.
For a mid impact amount of flowers, we would suggest spending 10-15% of your overall budget on floral, however for those real wow moments, we would suggest spending 20-25% of your overall budget.

Yes, VAT is included in our prices.

Sooner the better! Our diaries get filled up quickly, so to avoid disappointment. We book weddings for the current year and year ahead, any further in advance than that (for super organised people!) feel free to reach out, and we can let you know when we’ll be opening our books for your date.

We travel nationally in the UK and also internationally. We work primarily across London and the South East but we will travel further afield for our Harlequin couples!

No - all fees will be outlined in your initial quote, unless changes are made.
Along with your floral costs, there will be set up and take down fees, which will depend on your floral choices, which we go through in your consultation.
Weddings up to 10k are subject to a 20% floristry charge, and weddings over 10k are subject to a 25% floristry charge, which replaces set up/transport fees. This is due to the additional need for freelancers, vehicle hire and additional site visits, planning and logistics.

We have a certain amount of plinths, candles, vases, candelabra and even discoballs that we offer as the cherry on the cake to your floral design! If you are looking for these extra touches let us know during your consultation and we can work these into your design.
Please note we do not offer any draping, covers or linens as a business.
